Shipping Method: We ship within Europe using DHL.
Shipping Rates:
Netherlands:
FREE DHL Home delivery of Orders weighing between 2 kg and 9 kg: (exclusive offer for deliveries to addresses within the Netherlands).
Orders up to 2 kg: €5 for delivery by DHL Home delivery.
Belgium, France, Germany, Spain :
Orders up to 2 kg: €10 for delivery to DHL service points.
Orders weighing between 2 kg and 5 kg: €16 for delivery to DHL service points.
Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping time within The Netherlands is approximately 3 business days from the dispatch date. Shipping time within Belgium, Germany,Spain and France is approximately 5 business days from the dispatch date.
Nearest Pick-Up Point (Belgium, France, Germany, Spain): For customers in Belgium, France, Germany or Spain, picking up your order from a nearby location is mandatory. You can choose from designated pick-up points before checkout. Please ensure to select the most convenient pick-up point for you. After selecting a pick-up point, it is your responsibility to promptly update us with the chosen pick-up point and your order number via email. If you do not select a pick-up point, one will be automatically assigned based on your location.
